These terms cover your use of playpilotai.com and, once available, the PilotAI mobile app (together, the “Service”).

Study tool, not a certification

PilotAI is an educational game designed to support ground-school study and procedural familiarity. It is not a certified flight simulation training device, does not replace flight instruction, and completing content in PilotAI does not satisfy any regulatory training or licensing requirement. Always follow your flight school’s syllabus and your instructor’s guidance.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you nothing except an email when we launch. It’s free, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Don’t misrepresent PilotAI content as official regulatory material.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
