Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of playpilotai.com and the PilotAI Trainer mobile app (together, the “Service”), provided by Fatih Sarıçiçek, an individual developer in the Republic of Türkiye. By using the Service you agree to these terms, the app’s in-app EULA, and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Educational purpose — not operational flight guidance

PilotAI is an educational game and study aid. It is not certified flight instruction, not an approved flight-simulation training device, and completing content in PilotAI does not satisfy any regulatory training or licensing requirement. Nothing in the Service may be used for real-world flight planning, navigation, weather decision-making, or aircraft operation. Aviation data in the Service is simplified and may be inaccurate or out of date — never rely on it in place of official sources, current charts and documents, the aircraft’s approved flight manual, and a certified flight instructor. Always follow your flight school’s syllabus, your instructor’s guidance, and official procedures. You use any aviation information at your own risk.

Your account

Using the app requires an account, created with an email address and a password, so that your progress is saved and survives changing or reinstalling on a device. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You may export your data or delete your account at any time from Profile → Account in the app; deletion is immediate and irreversible. What we store, and where, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you nothing except an email when we launch. It’s free, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Free trial, subscription, and Basic mode

The app is offered on a freemium basis:

• Free trial — new users get an introductory trial of the full content. No credit card is required to start.
• Subscription — after the trial, full access requires a paid subscription, billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings before the period ends.
• Basic mode— if you don’t subscribe, the app keeps running in a limited free mode with a small sample of content, to demonstrate gameplay. It may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its own policies. We don’t process payments directly.

Intellectual property

The Service and all of its software, text, lessons, questions, scenarios, artwork, animations, audio, and design are owned by or licensed to the developer and protected by copyright and other laws. “PilotAI” is a trademark of the developer (trademark application filed in Türkiye on 8 July 2026). You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use; you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Don’t misrepresent PilotAI content as official regulatory material.
• Don’t circumvent the app’s licensing to access content you haven’t paid for.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence, and are in addition to the terms of the app store from which you obtain the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
